thank you for your suggestions: i’ve managed to let hp touchsmart software install correctly on my msi ae1900, but i didn’t like it.
So i decided to remove it from my pc.

You have to use winrar to extract the exe, then go to the very last folder: sp40973\src\hp\tmp\src and there you’ll find the right setup file.

You run it to let it create the install files, then I remember that winrar let me extract a cab. I then got down to a directory that had 7 files in it, one of them is SetupHPTouchSmart. If you run it from that directory, it will setup. Then you install the calendar and it will show up in the touchsmart app.

when i try to start them nothing happens (either in normal and admin mode).
i’ve tried to extract the exe and to delete teh CERTIFICATE file: now an black box (dos stile) opens but nothing happens.

if you can help me, i’ll be so gratefull!
